How are we going to organize our Community?

I see this site as an ongoing experiment in legacy generation and connectivity through the use of technology. I also intend to share many of the tools and philosophies that our various companies employ on behalf of ourselves and our clients.

Since we are going to be a thriving living Community, I put the question out to the whole, what will our organizing principles be? What structures and rules should be implemented above the technology, if any? What should we call members of our Community?
